Casey is the CEO and Founder of LifeSavers Preventative Health Screenings, LLC. He brings with him a deep desire to provide accessible, on-site, life-saving, and life-enhancing technology to the masses. Casey has a vast medical knowledge with a focus and expertise in diagnostic medical imaging. He started his career at Parkland Hospital and Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, TX as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer & a Registered Vascular Technologist. He was then recruited into the commercial medical device industry from a company based in the Silicon Valley where he continued his career for the next 14 years. His first
year in the business he won the award for top Clinical Specialist and made Presidents club. He then accepted an opportunity internationally relocating him to Amsterdam, Netherlands. He was responsible for the entirety of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. After being exposed to the practice of medicine in 65 different countries and over 623 cities, he wants to pursue his dream of providing the absolute most logical medical model that will save and affect many lives. Casey wants to educate the world about what he believes is the best possibility for a healthy, sustainable, longer quality of life. He believes this is possible by giving control to individuals who want to be involved in making their own medical choices. He has trained, worked, educated, marketed, developed product, & been the
key note speaker globally in diagnostic medical imaging for 20 + years. His
exposure to all medical models globally, provided him the deep factual
knowledge that preventative medicine is far more valuable than reactionary
medicine. Therefore, he created Lifesavers Preventative Health Screenings,
LLC.
Lifesavers offers an on-site medical screening model to prevent life events
that can be medically catastrophic, cause financial ruin, & result in loss of life.
This model allows the individual personal preventative health choices in an
affordable on-site cash model that is not dictated by the approval of an
insurance company or physician referral.
Casey has practiced medicine in prestigious institutions and worked in a
global commercial medical device environment for over 20 years. He served
this community & succeeded in cementing lifelong relationships with the Key
Opinion Leaders from the most distinguished institutions worldwide.

Tani is the Chief Nursing Officer for the Lifesavers Health Prevention team. Tani is an experienced Registered Nurse with competencies in Med Surg, Labor and Delivery, Memory Care, Detox, and Covid Units. She graduated from Grayson College where she recieved her degree in Nursing and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa. She was also CEO and co-owner of the family business for over 20 years. Her parents suffered from diabetes and heart disease for a number of years and they did not wish to retire to a nursing home. This inspired Tani to become a Registered Nurse and she cared for her aging parents in the home until they passed away. After their demise, she retired the business and became an RN full time.

Tani’s passion in life, along with her husband Casey, is to serve others. She feels very fortunate to have this opportunity to help others and strongly believes that early detection and treatment can be lifesaving. Screening is crucial for early detection which is why Tani is so passionate about Lifesavers and it’s mission to provide services that are affordable and able to detect conditions in their earliest stages.

Jaryd Stein received fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at UT Southwestern. Dr. Stein is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology with an additional fellowship inInterventional Radiology.

He was a clinical instructor on the faculty at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dept. of Radiology, Division of Interventional Radiology where he taught residents and fellows.

His interests include minimally invasive treatment of venous and arterial disease. He currently practices at several local hospitals and specializes in vascular disease with minimally invasive treatment.

Doug Tefft is the Chief Financial Officer of LifeSavers Preventative Health Screenings. Doug has extensive experience in the corporate arena where his inspired leadership has empowered people to reach beyond their potential. His experience in finance within healthcare and international business has helped many companies elevate to the next level.

Doug’s proven experience in strategic planning and growth management has positively affected financial outcomes and the corporate bottom line. His corporate business background also includes manufacturing, operations, and international sales and purchasing

Doug holds a BA in Business Administration, Accounting and an MBA from Washington University, Michael G. Foster School of Business.

Duane Williams is the President and Co-Founder of LifeSavers Preventative Health Screenings.  His passion is to use his extensive experience in healthcare and business to empower people through preventative screenings to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Duane has exhibited the highest competency levels in the vascular field.  His dedication to his work shows in his various positions as a technical director executing and maintaining accreditation in various vascular laboratories.  His ability to analyze and develop the most efficient protocols and reporting software has increased not only the level of clinical expertise but has positively effected financial outcomes and patient satisfaction. His corporate business background includes Manufacturing, Operations, and International Sales and Purchasing, 

Duane holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Operations and Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.  He then attended the Ultrasound Diagnostic School in Dallas, Texas graduating with honors.

Duane has been a Registered Vascular Specialist through Cardiovascular Credentialing International for 17 years and has held membership with The Society for Vascular Ultrasound since 1997.

Duane’s commitment to professional and clinical excellence are a direct indicator to the compassion he exhibits daily.

Dr. Yau has attained Board-certification in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, General Surgery, and Internal Medicine. He attained his undergraduate education at Princeton University in 1992 and received his Medical Degree from the University of Texas at Southwestern Medical School in 1996. He remained at UT Southwestern to complete his Residency training in Internal Medicine and General Surgery, followed by a Fellowship in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. He started his vascular surgery practice in Rowlett in 2006.

Dr. Yau is accredited by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) as a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) and is the medical director of the vascular ultrasound diagnostic lab. The Vanguard vascular testing lab is the only center with certification from the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) to perform vascular testing in the Rowlett, Rockwall, Garland, and surrounding areas. Additionally, our Vein Center is the first and only IAC accredited Vein Center in the entire Dallas Metroplex area. Vanguard has also obtained certification from the American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF).
